Open notification settings
Go to Settings → Notifications → Trade With Insight, then turn on Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners.

Enable full previews
Set Show Previews to Always. If alerts still seem hidden, check that Scheduled Summary or a Focus mode is not suppressing TWI.
