This Privacy Policy applies to the Trade With Insight iOS mobile application.
Trade With Insight LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates the Trade With Insight mobile application (the “App”). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

About the App
The App is an educational and informational service. It delivers real-time trading commentary, alerts, and information about trades our analysts are taking, for educational purposes only.
The App is read-only. It does not place trades, link to brokerage accounts, or collect any financial account information, balances, positions, or payment data from you.
Information We Collect
We collect only what’s needed to operate the App:
Account information (from sign-in via Whop or Discord):
- Email address
- Username / display handle
- Whop user ID and/or Discord user ID
- Membership status (to verify access)
Technical information:
- Authentication tokens (stored securely on your device)
- Push notification device token (only if you enable notifications)
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- IP address (logged by our backend hosting provider for security and connection logging)
Preferences you set:
- Channel, analyst, type, and ticker notification preferences
What we do NOT collect:
- Brokerage account information
- Your trades, positions, balances, or P&L
- Payment card information (billing is handled entirely by Whop)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
- Health, biometric, or sensitive personal data
- Browsing history outside the App
- Advertising identifiers
How We Use Information
We use the information above only to:
- Authenticate you and verify your membership
- Deliver the alerts and commentary you’ve subscribed to
- Send push notifications you’ve opted into
- Sync your preferences across your devices
- Diagnose technical issues
- Communicate with you about your account or service updates
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, behavioral tracking, or any purpose unrelated to operating the App.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on the services below. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Whop — sign-in, membership verification, and billing. https://whop.com/privacy

- Apple Push Notification Service — delivers iOS push notifications. https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Pusher — real-time message delivery. https://pusher.com/privacy

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking SDKs in the App.
Sharing and Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate the App.
We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Authentication tokens expire and rotate automatically. Notification preferences are kept until you change or delete them.
When you delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time by email:
Send a deletion request to support@tradewithinsight.com from the email address on your account. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete. This removes your account, preferences, and personal data from our systems.
Note: Membership billing is managed by Whop. To cancel your paid membership, visit your Whop account at https://whop.com.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Export your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): We process your information based on the contract to provide you the service, your consent (for push notifications), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App.
Children
The App is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your information using:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Secure token storage on your device (iOS Keychain via Expo SecureStore)
- Access controls limiting employee access to production systems
No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the App from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top and notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
