Privacy Policy

Who we are

Trade With Insight LLC (“TWI”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. We run tradewithinsight.com and its related pages, such as playbook.tradewithinsight.com. This policy covers those websites and the sign-up forms, contact forms and emails connected to them.

TWI provides trading education. Our terms, risk disclosures and trading disclaimers are on our Disclaimer page. Our mobile app, web portal and Discord bot have their own Mobile App Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Free guides and playbooks. Your email address when you ask for a free guide, the 0DTE Playbook or a free workshop.
• Accelerator waitlist. Your first name, email and phone number, whether you checked the optional box to get text messages, and, if you choose to share them, your account size and main trading goal.
• Accelerator application. Your name, email, phone number, Discord username and time zone, plus your answers about your trading experience, account size, risk limits, goals and schedule. Once you enter your email, your answers are saved to our servers as a draft as you go, even before you submit, so you can pick up where you left off. If you book a consultation, the booking form is filled in with the name and email from your application.
• Contact form. Your email address, subject and message.
• Purchases. When you buy a membership through Whop, Whop shares the details we need to run it, such as your name, email, what you bought and your membership status. We do not receive your full payment card number.

We never ask for your brokerage login or account numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Device and visit data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and campaign tags in the link you followed (like utm_source).
• How you use a page, such as how far you scroll, how long you stay, links you click to other sites and videos you open.
• Session recordings and heatmaps from Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar, which show clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement on our pages.

Information kept in your own browser

Some small settings are stored only on your device: your light or dark theme, whether you closed a banner or pop-up, and whether you already unlocked a free guide. The Accelerator application also keeps a copy of your answers in your browser so you do not lose them. Clearing your browser data removes all of these.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Deliver what you asked for, like a PDF, workshop access or a reply to your message.
• Send you educational emails and news about TWI programs, if you signed up for them.
• Review Accelerator applications and follow up with people on the waitlist.
• Run memberships and help members with support questions.
• Understand how people use the site so we can make it clearer and faster.
• Show TWI ads, choose who sees them and measure whether they work.
• Prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and keep the site secure.
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Emails, texts and unsubscribing

When you ask for our free guide, we email you a link to download it. You are added to our email list only when you open that link, which also confirms the address is yours. If you never open it, we do not send you marketing emails. The sign-up form for our free guide says: “We'll email you the PDF. Opening it from that email also signs you up for emails from Trade With Insight about trading, our programs and offers. Unsubscribe anytime.”

Where your email is kept depends on what you signed up for. The free guide list lives in Courilo, TWI’s own email and contact system. The 0DTE Playbook and workshop lists use Kit. The Accelerator waitlist uses GoHighLevel, with a backup copy on TWI’s own servers.

• Unsubscribe anytime. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@tradewithinsight.com and we will remove you.
• Texts. We only text you if you checked the optional box on the Accelerator waitlist form. Checking it is never required to join. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. • Messages you still get. After you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about a purchase, your membership or a request you made.

Cookies and similar technology

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that report activity back to a tool. Browser storage lets a page remember a setting. We use all three.

• Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
• Advertising: the Meta Pixel on our pages, and a Google Ads tag on some pages, such as our homepage and our Accelerator and monkeyBOT pages.
• Embedded content: YouTube videos, TradingView charts on research pages, fonts from Google Fonts and the GoHighLevel booking calendar. These providers can see your IP address and may set their own cookies when their content loads.
• Site settings: the browser storage described in “What we collect” above.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site still works without them, but some features, like remembered settings, may not.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics

Google Analytics shows us which pages people visit and how they arrive. Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar show us where people click and get stuck. We use this to improve the site.

Advertising

The Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag tell those platforms which of our pages you visit and when someone completes a sign-up. That lets us show TWI ads to people who have visited our site and measure whether our ads work.

Hashed email addresses. We may share hashed email addresses of our customers and subscribers with advertising platforms such as Meta. Hashing turns an email address into a scrambled code before it is sent. The platform matches that code against its own users so we can show and measure ads and build ad audiences. You can ask us to stop at any time (see below).

How to opt out

• Your browser: block third-party cookies, clear cookies, or use a private window or a tracker-blocking extension.
• Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Google ads: manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
• Meta ads: change your Meta ad preferences, including the setting for ads based on activity from partners.
• Hashed email sharing: email support@tradewithinsight.com and we will stop including your email address in what we share with ad platforms.

Our site does not yet respond automatically to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Opting out by email works for everyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run TWI, and only what they need to do that job.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy, available on its website.

Payments. All purchases and memberships run through Whop. Whop collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information:

• If the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
• To protect the rights, safety or property of TWI, our members or others.
• As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, under this policy’s protections.
• With your permission.

No sale of your information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Some privacy laws, including California’s, count sharing data with ad platforms for targeted ads as “sharing” or a “sale”, even when no money changes hands. The Meta Pixel, the Google Ads tag and hashed email lists can fall under that definition.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it:

• Email lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so you are not added back by mistake.
• Accelerator waitlist and applications: while we review them and follow up, then for as long as the program runs, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Contact messages: in our support inbox for as long as we need them to help you.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Analytics data: according to each tool’s retention settings.
• Browser storage: on your device until you clear it.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Opt out of sharing for advertising and of marketing emails.
• Withdraw consent you gave us earlier.
• Appeal if we turn down your request.

How to make a request

1. Email support@tradewithinsight.com from the email address your request is about.
2. Say what you want: a copy, a correction, deletion or an opt-out.
3. We may ask a question to confirm it is really you. We aim to respond within 30 days and will tell you if we need more time where the law allows it.

You can also ask someone to make a request for you. We will need proof that they are allowed to act on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete your Whop account. Manage that with Whop directly. We may keep a small record where the law requires it, and your email on our do-not-email list so we honor your choice.

If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent, on the need to deliver what you asked for, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving TWI. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our websites and programs are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has given us information, email support@tradewithinsight.com and we will delete it.

Security

• Our websites use HTTPS, so information you send is encrypted in transit.
• The free guide, workshop, contact and Accelerator forms send your details to our own servers first, and the keys that connect those servers to our email and contact tools are never exposed in your browser. The 0DTE Playbook sign-up form is provided by Kit, and the consultation calendar by GoHighLevel, so those send your details to Kit or GoHighLevel directly.
• Access to personal information is limited to people who need it to do their work.

No system is perfectly secure. If you think your information has been misused, email support@tradewithinsight.com.

International visitors

TWI is based in the United States. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may be different from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site.

Contact us
